"Attempting to represent both internal and external movements, the e.motion runway embodies what the senior design students as a creative collective have come to understand in the past four years. As emotionally driven designers, they have worked to create 12 separate lines rooted in their respective experiences and moods. While navigating the creative process, they have continually shifted their thoughts and bodies in order to develop their skills, deepen their points of view, and identify themselves as separate individuals.
The annual senior fashion show is a tradition and rite of passage for apparel design seniors and sets a high standard for student work in Minnesota. The students are proud to host industry professionals, the Minnesota fashion community, faculty, family, and friends to celebrate this astounding array of work."
